HL Management Platform – Terms of Use

HL Management Platform is an internal business-management application operated for Hakka Legend restaurant operations and authorized users.
The platform provides tools for restaurant sales reporting, labour management, purchasing analysis, recipe costing, inventory management, food-cost analysis, and related operational reporting.
Authorized Use
Access to HL Management Platform is limited to authorized users. Users may use the platform only for legitimate business and restaurant-management purposes.QuickBooks Integration
HL Management Platform may connect to QuickBooks Online after an authorized QuickBooks user grants permission. The integration may retrieve business information required for purchasing and operational analysis, including vendors, bills, transaction information, and associated bill attachments.HL Management Platform is currently designed to use this QuickBooks information for reporting and analysis. It does not intentionally create, modify, or delete QuickBooks accounting transactions through the current integration.
Account Security
Authorized users are responsible for protecting access to their accounts and devices. Access credentials, API credentials, and other authentication information must not be shared with unauthorized persons.Data Accuracy
Reports and calculations produced by the platform are intended to assist restaurant management. Users should verify important accounting, tax, payroll, inventory, and financial information against the applicable source records before relying on it for official reporting or financial decisions.Availability
The platform may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, third-party service interruptions, software changes, or other technical issues.Third-Party Services
Certain functionality depends on third-party services, including QuickBooks Online and Google services. Use of those services is also subject to their respective terms and policies.Changes
